How to Update

1. Check for Updates
   Visit the Discord server or Instagram for update announcements. Updates will be labeled with a date and version number, on our site.

2. Download the Update File
   Download the latest .tar file provided in the update tab.

3. Connect to the Controller
   Ensure the controller is powered on and connected.

4. the Update Process

   1. click the settings mode of the remote screen and connect to the wifi signal “ruin air remote” It should auto-open a web portal.

   2. at the bottom of the web portal select upload.

   3. upload the .tar file you saved before.

   4. Once the upload is complete and it says done, the remote will turn off then back on.

      it will then ask you to confirm the update. after it finishes it will power cycle both the remote and the controller.

   5. once powered back on the update is applied and you’re done!
